Welcome to the Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS) Portal operated by the Higher Education Department, Government of Gujarat. By accessing or using this portal, users agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the GCAS portal, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If users do not agree with any part of these terms, they should discontinue use of the portal immediately.

2. Purpose of the Portal

The GCAS portal is developed to facilitate online admission processes for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and research programs offered by participating universities and affiliated colleges in Gujarat.

• Application and admission-related fees paid through the portal are subject to applicable rules and regulations.
• Users are responsible for ensuring successful payment transactions.
• Fees once paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the concerned authority.
• GCAS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment gateway providers or banking systems.

Users agree not to:

• Use the portal for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, databases, or servers.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
• Disrupt or interfere with portal operations or security.
